Specialising in Narrative Design, Fiona Ting Yu Chang has established a practice across local and international design industries, encompassing visual design, exhibition design, and brand design leadership. Her practice extends across art direction, visual identity, editorial and print, packaging, photography, window and spatial installations, and art direction for moving image.

Her work explores how ideas can unfold coherently across different media — translating cultural context, brand values and conceptual thinking into integrated visual and experiential systems.

Founded in 2025, FORMA NARRATIVE is a narrative-led design studio working across strategy, visual communication, space and multidisciplinary media. Through a process of reading, framing and translation, the studio uncovers the underlying logic of a brand and shapes it into a narrative world that can be perceived, entered and remembered.
